Adam, who was born in Czechia, while also spending time in Germany and the United States, hails from a family with over 100 years of hockey experience. He graduated from Indiana Tech with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management, Human Resources, and Marketing.
Adam, has previously worked as a European Scout for the Des Moines Buccaneers of the United States Hockey League (USHL) and the Flint Firebirds of the Ontario Hockey League (OHL).
Adam, currently serves as the General Manager and Coach for a youth development team the Czech Knights, a premiere minor hockey club that have won the Pee-Wee Quebec tournament two times, as well as finished as the runner-up three times, along with appearances in other major tournaments.
Adam, and the Czech Knights have worked with many past and current NHL players, too.
More importantly, Adam, will work closely with LSE President, Harkie Singh, mentoring young prospects in Czechia and other parts of Europe on their path to professional hockey.
